Where do you ship? Is shipping free?
We ship anywhere where we can find an experiential leaner! The network covers all cities in India.
How long does it take for the Career Leap Kit to reach me?
Ideally shipping in India will take 4-7 days for the kit to be delivered to you.
I have received a confirmation of delivery but I didn’t receive it. Can you reship?
For some reason if you haven’t received the kit, please let us know and we will check with our shipping department on returns or address mismatches, the common culprits for shipping delays. We will reship the kit immediately.
My box got delivered. But some items were missing. Can you help me with it?
Every single Career Leap Kit goes through an exhaustive quality check. It is unusual for things to go missing in the box while packaging. In the rare event that this has happened please write to us at email@example.com and we will check into the same.
My box got delivered, but it looks visibly damaged from outside. Can I refuse to accept the shipment?
Please do not accept the delivery and inform our quality manager on firstname.lastname@example.org.
How soon will you ship out my order?
Upon confirmation of your order, our team will organize the product to be dispatched by a courier within 24 to 48 working hours. We also send out a notification email once your product is dispatched.
What is the estimated delivery time?
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 4-7 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service, which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers. If there is no courier service available in your area, we will ship your item via Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost.
What about hidden costs (sales tax, vat etc.)?
Applicable charges are included in the price listed online. There are no extra or hidden charges.
Do you deliver internationally?
Absolutely. We are more than happy to send experiences around the world. Simply write to us with your request and we will endeavor to ship the kit to your destination. Understandably this will attract additional shipping charges are applicable.
What payment methods are accepted?
Currently we are accepting all valid debit cards, credit cards and online banking.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
No. Right now that facility is not available, but we are working on providing you the same.
I could not find my bank on your Net banking option. What should I do now?
We’d really appreciate if you could let us know who your banker is and we’ll be glad to add them to our list of Net banking options. Please drop us an email on email@example.com
